Digital Signage Japan 2022: Show Recap
Last week, DynaScan returned to Digital Signage Japan 2022. Taking place at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, DSJ is the largest show in the country that is exclusively dedicated to showcasing innovative digital communications and interactive technology. The show welcomed more than 90,000 visitors over the course of three days.
On display at our booth, 6M04, we exhibited our latest ultra-high brightness window-facing displays that provide the performance and viewability for some of the most demanding direct sunlight applications. Ranging from 32″ to 86”, our latest generation high brightness DS Series includes models with brighter images, lower power consumption, and reductions in weight and thickness.
Outdoor Kiosks and Displays
One of the exciting new displays we exhibited was our all-new 65-inch DK651DR5 outdoor kiosk—which features a dual-sided touch-capable weatherproof design.
We also introduced our new 55” 4000 nits high brightness outdoor high brightness display. IP56-rated for protection from water and dust, the sunlight viewable DO553LR5 features IK10 vandal resistance and an integrated Android media player.

Dual-Sided Display
Finally, we introduced our dual-sided DW551DR4—part of the new DW Series—specifically designed for window-facing applications. The display features a sunlight-viewable 3000 nits side and a 1000 nits brightness side on the reverse, the choice of either portrait & landscape orientation, and versatile mounting options.

ISE 2022 In Review: Show Recap
It was great to be back at ISE again and meet in person with visitors from around the world. With over 43,000 unique visitors in attendance, there was a lot of excitement and energy in the air following more than a year of postponements, cancelations, and more postponements as a result of the global pandemic.
DynaScan to Introduce New Outdoor and Window-Facing Displays at ISE 2022
IRVINE, Calif. (April 29, 2022) – DynaScan Technology is pleased to announce it will be returning to Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) in May 2022. ISE, the largest tradeshow for the professional AV market in Europe, will be held from 10-13 May in Barcelona, Spain at the Fira de Barcelona.
DynaScan will be exhibiting its refreshed lineup of ultra-high brightness displays and will be introducing brand-new models as part of its fully outdoor product line.
The company has a long history of using ISE to demonstrate new products and meet with clients in the European market. Following a hiatus triggered by the global COVID-19 pandemic, the company will see a return to the trade event as it transitions to its new venue.
Company President, Alan Kaufman, is looking forward to exhibiting at the show: “We are eager to meet with customers again in a face-to-face environment. ISE has long been one of the most important yearly events for our company. It is when we introduce new models and give our channel partners and those that may be unfamiliar with DynaScan a chance to experience our new technology in person.”

New Dual-Sided Outdoor Kiosks
DynaScan will introduce several new free-standing outdoor display kiosks at ISE. The kiosks feature double-sided large-format designs, offering complete, ready-to-install, robust outdoor display solutions for DOOH advertising, smart cities, public transportation, and shopping center signage. The new models are rated for year-round performance in all weather conditions and feature vandal-resistant construction.
Window-Facing Displays
DynaScan will be unveiling its next generation of sunlight viewable window-facing displays. Spanning the entire scope of the company’s high brightness lineup, the refreshed models include features such as brighter images, lower power consumption, reductions in weight and thickness, as well as improvements to video performance and system security.
Additionally, DynaScan will be introducing a new 55-inch dual-sided window-facing display that may be installed in either portrait or landscape orientations with the addition of an optional ceiling kit or floor stand. The new model is part of the company’s newly launched ‘DW Series,’ comprised of digital displays designed specifically for window-facing applications.
The DW Series offers users a complete display solution with high-end design features such as hidden cable management, portrait, and landscape orientations, and versatile mounting options such as ceiling mount and floor stand compatibility.
