Alan Kaufman Discusses Roles of Digital Signage in Multi-Channel Retail Environments

DynaScan president Alan Kaufman spoke to the role digital signage plays in multi-channel retailing during a discussion panel last week at the OVAB Munich Digital Signage Conference. The panel covered topics which included the roles digital signage plays in cross-platform strategies, how it can be used to effectively improve the customer experience, and how it can be used for analytics and greater customer insight.
